The 3-bedroom Apartment is on the second floor of the Guest House and is fully furnished:
- Furniture, linens, towels
- Kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, glassware, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, iron/ironing board
- Bathroom has blow dryer
- Bedrooms have AC units
- Heat, electricity, cable and wi-fi are included
- Double parlor with ornamental fireplaces
- Dining Room
- Bathroom
- Three bedrooms
- Storage room
NO SMOKING is allowed inside but there is a little outside porch to go out on to smoke.
Daily rate: $100 + 11% room tax (3 day minimum, up to 14 days’ stay)
No daily housekeeping nor breakfast. Bathroom toiletries and coffee or tea are provided.
Weekly rate: $500 + 8% tax if staying 7 days or more (after 90 days all tax is dropped)
Monthly rate: $1,200 (no tax if staying 90 days or longer)
You need to provide your own food items and toiletries if you are staying at a weekly or monthly rate.
There is NO Breakfast provided for ANY stays here, so please don’t ask.
Parking is on street, across the street preferred as there is more space provided.
