Weekly and monthly rates in the B&B are offered when available.
There is also a fully furnished guest house next door that is available by the room or full flat when unfilled. It is perfect for those in transition, in academia, or working a temporary contract. Rents are from $450 to $550 per room per month, all inclusive.
